Contextual Analysis of Breast Cancer Stage at Diagnosis and Treatment
SciMetrika examined risk factors using data from NPCR, SEER, and the Health and Resources Services Administration (HRSA) area resource file (ARF) databases. Analytical activities included recoding of variables and the concatenation and merging of large datasets using SAS. SciMetrika worked closely with DCPC to prepare two papers for submission to a peer-reviewed journal.
