Benefits

Health Insurance
SciMetrika offers a comprehensive health insurance package to all full-time employees. Coverage is provided through Aetna. Three deductible options are offered at varying premium prices to the employee. Employees can also choose to elect Dental and Vision insurance plans. A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) is also available.

Disability Insurance
Long-term disability insurance of $1000 per week and short-term disability insurance of up to $2500 per week of are provided to full-time employees.

Life Insurance
$50,000 of term life insurance is provided to each full-time employee.

Personal Leave
Full-time employees receive 15 days (120 hours) of paid personal leave per year. Personal leave includes sick and vacation time. Up to 5 days of vacation may be carried over into the next year.

Holiday Leave
Full-time employees receive 10 days (80 hours) of paid holiday leave per year.

Bereavement Leave
Full-time employees receive up to three days (24 hours) of paid leave in the event of the death of an immediate family member.

Retirement Plan
Full-time employees have the opportunity to participate in SciMetrika's SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with Fidelity Investments. Contributions by the company are based on the amount contributed by the employee, with SciMetrika matching the employee's contribution up to 3% of their salary each month. There is no vesting period.

Educational Assistance
Full-time employees are eligible for SciMetrika's tuition reimbursement plan after six months of continuous service. SciMetrika believes that education leads to self-improvement, which improves the value of the employee. SciMetrika also reimburses employees for fees for approved training courses.

Bonus Plan
SciMetrika employees receive interim reviews on a quarterly basis. Salary increases and merit bonuses are done on an annual basis. Bonuses are determined annually and are available to all employees. An employee referral program is also available to all full-time employees.
